Community service projects and national Rhoer Club projects are the main foci but social events, like sleepovers, movies, and parties are also included in their activities. Service & Activities
The Rhoer Club is the youth affiliate group of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated founded in 1939. Rhoers are young ladies ages 13 -18 and are provided with educational, vocational, civic, social and cultural experiences by the sorority and sponsored by alumnae chapters.  As a part of the Rhoer Club, Lambda Iota Sigma hosts a Rhotillion​ Debutante Ball. The ball is a celebration at the end of an 8 month long leadership training program for our junior and senior Rhoers.
